Constanze Paulinus (born July 9, 1985 in Berlin) is a German figure skater. She won the bronze medal in ladies singles at the German Figure Skating Championships in 2004 and again in 2007. In 2007 Constanze moved to Berlin where she is being coached by Karin Hendschke-Raddatz. She now represents the TSC Berlin
